We are making dental, medical and aesthetic procedures in UK more accessible, affordable and accountable. One Stop shop with quality, trustworthy and comprehensive media content, social community and online reservation function, helping users understand evaluate procedure journey, from discovery, interaction and evaluation, to reservation and purchase and pay later, reviews and aftercare by healthcare providers that are verified and vetted.
We require motivated, goals driven telemarketers for a full-time, contract or part-time role that can enthusiastically drive telesales and clinic onboarding campaigns across UK. This role requires an excellent communications skills with strong will to never give up; a solid background in outbound calling; and a track record of success in a results-driven organisation.

YesDoctor360.com is known for creativity, integrating and craftsmanship and is quickly rising up from being a start-up down under in Australia to game changer in UK, USA and Indian healthcare market.

Requirements & Responsibilities:
• Outbound B2B telemarketing calls. Cold calling prospects, building rapport, identifying decision makers and engaging them to convert prospects into qualified appointments.
• Lead generation
• Responding to ‘warm’ inquiries to understand interest in our products. ‘Warm’ is defined a prospect who has responded to a marketing campaign.
• Success in talking to medical/dental clinic practice managers, GP, Dentist and medical specialist
• A positive, energetic and customer centric approach
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Passionate, fun and team orientated
• Report Weekly and address concerns raised by Medical Centres
• Records customer inquiries by documenting inquiry and response in customers’ accounts.
• Professional & pleasant phone manner
• Previous work experience in Outbound Call Centre /B2B Sales/ Lead Generation is must.

Experience:
• 1 to 2+ years of leadership experience in Telesales in a B2B transactional company and overall experience of 2 yrs, E-commerce experience would be preferred
• Proven track record from handling Telesales processes.
• Experience with high-growth startups would be desirable
• Experience in planning and leading process at a large scale would be desirable
