The business relied on multiple disconnected basic applications with no centralised logistics management system in place.
Manual order creation and dispatch with no automation drove high operational costs and an increased risk of human error across all processes.
Limited shipment tracking visibility across the supply chain and limited reporting and analytics made decision-making difficult.
Inefficient fleet coordination and route management, plus poor communication between dispatchers, drivers and customers, slowed response times.
The website lacked modern functionality and logistics integration, and the infrastructure was not scalable to support business growth.
A calm, four-step rhythm — we listen first, sketch in the open, build in tight loops, then tend the result long after launch.
Stakeholder interviews, workflow analysis and scope definition, followed by process mapping, gap analysis and solution architecture.
Wireframes, prototypes and user experience design for both the website and the logistics platform.
Responsive website build with SEO and security, and agile sprints for the core logistics platform modules.
Unit, integration, UAT and performance testing, cloud deployment with data migration and go-live, then user training, documentation and ongoing support.

"Our logistics operations moved from fragmented manual processes to a unified, intelligent digital platform — with a modern website and ongoing support behind it."
Megashift Ventures
Operations team
Megashift Ventures is a logistics and supply chain business that needed to modernise fragmented, manual operations and establish a credible online presence. Techno Serve delivered a complete digital transformation through three integrated pillars: website development, website maintenance and a custom logistics management platform.
Before the transformation, the business relied on multiple disconnected basic applications with no centralised logistics management system. Order creation and dispatch were manual and error-prone, shipment tracking visibility was limited, fleet coordination was inefficient, and reporting was too thin to support good decisions. Operational costs were high, and the existing website lacked modern functionality and logistics integration.
We followed a structured, agile methodology: requirement gathering and business analysis, UI/UX design, then a responsive website build alongside agile development of the core logistics platform modules. Delivery was backed by unit, integration, UAT and performance testing, cloud deployment with data migration and go-live, and user training with ongoing support.
The 16-module custom platform centralised the entire operation on a single system. Order creation and dispatch moved from manual entry to automated workflows with validation at the point of entry; shipment tracking went from no visibility to real-time across the chain; fleet and route coordination became centralised rather than ad-hoc; and customers moved from phoning for updates to a self-service portal. Reporting shifted from thin retrospective summaries to a live analytics dashboard. Megashift’s internal throughput and cost figures are commercially confidential and are not published here. The partnership continues with ongoing website maintenance, software enhancements and strategic technology evolution.
